We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with a mixed caseload of Claimant MOJ and Fast Track matters. The successful candidate will provide effective legal advice to clients of the Company in relation to their claim. Good prospects for career progression and training available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing own caseload of predominantly RTA motor, motorcycle, pedestrian and cyclist cases involving a variety of injuries including some minor traumatic brain injuries
• Pursuing claims from inception to settlement, to include post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system
• Continual assessment of potential value of claims to include review of medical records where appropriate;
• Complying with agreed service standards;
• Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors;
• Dealing with administration as required;

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience in both MOJ and Fast Track;
• Previous experience of conducting proceedings in both Part 8 and Part 7 procedures essential;
• Team player;
• Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good attention to detail.
