PARALEGAL – PROPERTY DEPARTMENT

Location: York
Job Type: Full-time

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respectable law firm that is seeking a Paralegal to join its Property Department. This department handles a broad range of commercial, residential, and agricultural property matters.

The role will involve:

  • Managing post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
  • Assisting fee earners with various property transactions.
  • Providing administrative and legal support across the department.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team of four fee earners, including three partners and one senior solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a respected firm with strong career development potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in property law or a similar legal role is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
