Responsibilities:
As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, you will take ownership of various responsibilities while contributing to the wider success of the department. Your key duties will include:
- Caseload Management: Handling your own portfolio of residential property sales.
- Client Communication: Liaising with developers, buyers’ lawyers, and lenders to coordinate transactions.
- Transaction Coordination: Preparing and managing sale contract paperwork and post-completion matters.
- Legal Research: Supporting the team with legal research and related tasks.
- Updates and Reporting: Providing clients with regular progress updates and ensuring they are informed at every step.
- Team Collaboration: Assisting the wider Real Estate department as needed.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions, develop your expertise in property law, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
