We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate team in Bristol, focusing on Renewable Energy properties and clients. This role offers the chance to work in a commercially driven, collaborative team and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Land Registry applications.
  • Conduct land searches for due diligence on complex properties
  • Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
  • Perform due diligence and prepare reports on title.
  • Manage documents clearly, including preparing and maintaining records.
  • Draft email correspondence and documents
  • Provide excellent client service.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and maintain high-quality work.
  • Lead the use of technology to maintain confidentiality agreements for key E&I clients.
