The team
Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. The role

  • Managing a high volume of matters for key clients, sometimes with short deadlines, pro-actively running your own transactional files on Landlord and Tenant related matters, straightforward acquisitions, disposals and estate management work
  • Providing a combination of legal and administrative support to the partners and other legal advisors. This will include:
  • assisting on large portfolio transactions, preparing title packs, disclosure bundles and setting up and uploading information into data rooms;
  • preparing property reports and schedules;
  • undertaking legal research;
  • attending meetings (in person and virtual);
  • supporting business development, team and office wide initiatives.
  • Communicating effectively and confidently (in both written and verbal formats) with colleagues, clients and external solicitors to provide advice, negotiate transactions and deal with queries
  • Recording time and working towards billing targets
  • Assisting with various other tasks as may be required from time to time
