Description:
Role: Trademark Paralegal
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Hybrid - Monday and Friday remote but also flexibility if you need to switch days
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal with 5+ years of experience. This position will move to a supervisory paralegal role, and you will manage the other paralegals in the long run.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
Minimum five years of trademark experience
Prior Law Firm experience
High proficiency in the Microsoft Office 2010 suite of products
Familiarity with Clarivate or Corsearch products
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on providing
quality client service
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure
Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently

Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee filing, prosecution, and maintenance of intellectual property
domestically and internationally
Prepare and file WIPO applications and maintenance filings
Docket review and report preparation
Correspondence with clients, counsel and outside counsel on prosecution and
maintenance requirements
Administrative support for data entry, invoices, deposit account, practice alerts and rule
changes
Draft Office Action Responses and client correspondence
Review trademark specimens of use
Conduct trademark in-use investigations
Legal research
Notarization
Coordinate legalization of documents used domestically and internationally
Prepare and file documents in Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Proceedings
