We are in search of a bilingual Paralegal to join our property management client situated in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for various legal and property management duties, including handling eviction cases, managing lease agreements, and utilizing your Spanish language skills. This role offers a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity.

• Handle eviction cases effectively and professionally
• Manage and maintain lease agreements
• Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate with diverse clients
• Prepare and present briefings to legal teams and clients
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Proficiency in Calendar Management.
• Experience in Real Estate Administration.
• Excellent Communication and Property Management skills are required.
