Robert Half is partnering with a highly esteemed law firm who is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in Chicago, Illinois . This role involves supporting attorneys throughout real estate transactions, managing case files, preparing necessary documents, and communicating effectively with all parties involved. The individual will also be required to conduct title searches, draft deeds, and coordinate the closing process of real estate transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on real estate law
Familiarity with the nuances of real estate law and closing processes
Able to manage your tasks efficiently and keep up with a significant volume of emails
Feel comfortable while interacting on the phone with relevant parties (HOA, clients, etc.)
Experience with Smokeball software is preferred, but not required
