Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to the legal team by preparing, managing, and organizing corporate legal documents, facilitating board meetings, and maintaining corporate records. It also includes assisting with contract lifecycle management, transaction support, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements through document execution and legal research. The position serves as a key liaison between the legal team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient legal processes.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & SPECIFIC SKILLS
Mandatory
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in house legal department of a corporation.
- Extensive experience in legal housekeeping, including preparing and managing corporate governance documents such as board minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
- Strong proficiency in managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing contracts to coordinating renewals, terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including attorneys, and authorities.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools, document management systems, and similar legal software.
Desirable (nice to have)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements unique to the medical device and technology industries, such as FDA regulations, or GDPR.
- Experience handling Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, managing vendor relationships, and processing legal invoices in a corporate setting.

4.2. RELEVANT QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- Education: CAS Paralegal or similar education (Anwalts-/Notariatsangestellte(r))
- Training: Formal training in legal operations, contract management, or corporate governance.
