Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified solicitor or experienced paralegal with expertise in Immigration Law to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients. You will handle a variety of immigration based legal matters and ensure that clients receive the best possible client care and achieve the desired results.
Responsibilities to include:
- Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide appropriate advice
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
- Drafting legal documents
- Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases for clients
- Manage and prioritise multiple cases effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Essential:
- Practical Immigration Law advice experience
- Previous experience of drafting documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Committed in delivering excellent client care.
