Description:
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience of non-contentious probate work, in particular, estates administration, is advantageous.
The role will involve communication with clients via the telephone, therefore
inter-personal and listening skills are essential.
The individual will also have sound organisational, written and time management skills as well as a good eye for detail.
This role would ideally suit candidates who have a Law degree or similar academic qualification. The LPC is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities:
An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the team. The role will involve managing a caseload of files, to include:
- Communicating on the telephone and corresponding with clients, beneficiaries, asset holders, HM Revenue & Customs and other third parties
- Drafting legal documents
- Preparing tax calculations and HMRC returns
- Preparing accounts
- Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements using a case management system
- Working proactively to conclude cases in a timely and sensitive manner
- Working with other team members to develop and maintain good client relationships
- Managing own case load as well as supporting other team members
- Advising on the law relating to wills, trusts, estates and tax
