We are recruiting a Parent Experience Executive for Ranches Primary School to join the team immediately. Ranches Primary School opened in September 2015 with 45 children and has grown into a busy, vibrant Primary school of more than 1000 pupils. Parents who entrust our school with their children do so based on the dedication of our staff to the well-being and academic progress of our pupils and the commitment of our school to being a true community school.
The Parent Experience Executive plays a vital role in our school community, serving as a point of contact for parents and families. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional communication and support, enhancing the overall parent journey, and ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will support the admissions team and SLT with communication strategies and various initiatives.
The role requires building and maintaining relationships with families to ensure satisfaction and retention. An in-depth understanding of the school’s activities, events, and policies is essential to effectively promote the school’s profile.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience Champion
Provide essential support to the SLT in coordinating communications related to school events, parent engagement strategies, and initiatives.
Maintain proactive and responsive communication with parents through various channels (email, phone, in-person), ensuring parents feel valued and supported.
Assist in planning and executing school events that foster community engagement, working closely with the admissions team and SLT.
Gather and analyse feedback from parents to identify areas for improvement and enhance communication effectiveness.
Maintain thorough records of all parent interactions in the CRM system to support personalised communication. Champion data maintenance using ISAMS and be able to support ISAMS training and communication.
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all parent communications align with regulatory requirements.
Ensure continuous support and communication with families throughout their admissions journey.
Operational and Administrative Support
Collaborate with the SLT on retention strategies and work as a community link, ensuring parents are well-informed about school life.
Liaise with the SLT for assessment and tour coordination and assist with re-enrolments.
Ensure accurate tracking and management of prospective and current student data in the CRM and school management systems.
Work with the marketing team to promote newsworthy stories celebrating the school’s achievements.
Coordinate onboarding for new students, ensuring introductory communication is timely and informative.
Community Engagement:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the school’s programmes, policies, and culture to effectively communicate with prospective families.
Support the organisation and delivery of school events, enhancing the school’s profile and engagement with both internal and external communities.
Enrolment and onboarding:
Support the enrolment process, from accepting offers to collecting documentation and ensuring compliance, making every family’s transition into our community as smooth as possible.
Coordinate onboarding for new students, ensuring all introductory communication is timely, informative, and up to date. Action emails for future enrolled families, keeping them informed and excited about joining the school community.
Uphold the highest standards of communication and operational efficiency in all interactions with families, from initial inquiry to ongoing engagement.
