INTRODUCTION:
Commissionaires Great Lakes (CGL) is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1925 on a mandate that prioritizes providing meaningful employment for veterans and others committed to the well being of Canadians primarily in security guard and related services. Spanning Central and Southwestern Ontario, our services are customized to respond to the dynamic and evolving security needs of both private and public sector clients. These include uniformed guard, mobile response and support services, by-law enforcement and identification services.
We are currently seeking a Commissionaire to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Enforce the Town of Woodstock Parking By-Laws and related policies
- Maintain assigned patrol beat as per schedule, or as requested by the client
- Conduct daily inspection of site equipment, including hand-held machines, printers, and duty vehicle (if applicable)
- Respond to calls from the Town of Woodstock for parking By-Law enforcement
- Provide assistance to other members of the detachment, as well as law enforcement agencies, as requested
- Maintain a high level of standards with regards to personal appearance, hygiene, and deportment
- Provide assistance to residents, visitors, employees, clients, etc
- Complete daily logs and written reports as necessary
- Be able to adjust your scheduled shifts as requested by the client, based on city events or other needs
- Perform other duties as requested by client, supervisor, or regional manager
