Description:

Ball State University welcomes applications for a Parking Enforcement Officer. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday 3:00pm – 11:30pm and includes a second shift premium.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  1. Over three months of customer service experience.
  2. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.
  3. Must be able to read and comprehend all University policies, procedures and communications.
  4. Must be able to perform all mental and physical requirements as outlined in each job duty.
  5. Must be 18 years or older.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Over one year of customer service experience; possess basic automotive knowledge; ability to handle stressful situations.
