QUALIFICATIONS

Hold a valid full Australian Drivers License.

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Parking Services team to manage the parking and traffic control across the Crown complex on busy weekends and events.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Process customer queries accurately and within required timeframes.
• Pre-plan and organise traffic and parking requirements for scheduled events.
• Report unusual incidents, complaints, missing or damaged items immediately, ensuring staff and patron security are always maintained.
• Manage and empty parking meters when required.
• Oversee and direct contractors – Traffic Controllers.
• Adhere to Crown Perth’s brand culture and deliver the relevant service to our staff and patrons
