Description:
Client: Indian Boutique
Location: Little India
Working hours : 11am - 4pm (2 Days a week (5 Hours) / Any day from Mon-Fri only)
Salary: $18 per hour - $20 per hour, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability
REQUIREMENTS:
- Well versed in Quick books for daily accounting
- Able to do accounts payables and receivables
- Handle HR for monthly salary and OT calculation , payslips
- Mmaintaining leave ledger for staff
- CPF for staff monthly
- Checking of bank statements against daily sales books
- GST submissions quarterly
- Any admin matters such as insurance, mom application, etc
- Email communication with enquiries and follow ups with govt body such as grant etc
