Description:
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this position you’ll be delivering our exceptional, evidence-based rehabilitation programme.
You will deliver therapeutic interventions and a host of activities in group and individual formats. In this person-centred position, your responsibilities will create highly visible, positive changes; these include:
- Building one-to-one rapport with patients to encourage participation and empower recovery.
- Sourcing and organising resources necessary to delivery therapeutic activities.
- Complete one-to-one therapy sessions, promoting meaningful occupation and person-centred care.
- Develop your own knowledge of local resources and services offered in the community, to assist in facilitating community integration.

Howe Dell Manor is an impressive manor house in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, providing first-class nursing care for nineteen adults who are living with enduring mental illness
Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES
- Completing interest checklists with new patients on admission and uploading onto our management software ’Nourish’.
- Facilitating ward-based group activities encouraging engagement and monitoring interactions between patients.
- Be enthusiastic and adaptable to cater for individual needs.
- Record keeping on Nourish and Microsoft excel.
- Reporting to OT with any concerns, issues or recommended changes
