Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC experience to include Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and payroll systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and prioritize work accordingly
- Professional telephone and customer contact skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Ability to work in a strong team environment
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Must be a meets or exceeds expectations on all areas of job performance
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
- Excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed on time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct operations hourly colleague Interviews
- Send NCNS Letters to colleagues
- LOA case management
- Colleague Dept. attendance & Validation (INFOR/Workbrain)
- IAP creation
- Colleague Payroll Support
- HR Database support
- Engagement Activity support
