KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHERS MAY BE ASSIGNED.
- Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
- Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
- Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
- Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
- Assists with administrative duties as requested.
