Description:

We are looking for a skilled, full-service bartender for a local hotel! This is a part time position for 2-3 days a week including Sundays. Duties of a bartender include:

  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
  • Verify the identification and age of customers.
  • Prepare and serve drinks.
  • Accept payments from customers.
  • Clean glasses and bar utensils.
  • Balance cash receipts to record sales.
  • Greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items and handle basic cleaning duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
