GANNI is growing its universe in Aarhus, and we are adding more talented team members to our Aarhus store.
As a part-time (0-8 hours weekly) Client Advisor, you will be a true ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully curated store in our unique GANNI universe. You will secure exquisite customer experiences for every visitor we have in the store. You will guide, inspire and bring out the best side of all our GANNI girls, and work with the store team to secure operational excellence of the store to deliver smooth and seamless client experiences.
At GANNI we strive for customised experiences and valued relationships with our clients. Through intelligent clienteling tools, you will drive business, relationships and community to our store, and build your own portfolio of special clients where private stylings require your talent for styling and eagerness to accommodate your client’s needs. You’re motivated by selling, and you utilise all the intelligent tools we have available, built around an OMNI channel business model, where missing a sale is never an option. You are a team player, and together we work towards our ambitious objectives and KPI targets, and we use our creativity and proactive mindset, to explore opportunities and new ways.
You don’t mind using your network, your knowledge about the city and personal experiences to always go that extra mile for a client and for the business. We host in-store events, and parties and we socialise with clients, neighbours and professional networks - it’s a GANNI community. Being a GANNI ambassador doesn’t stop by the doorstep. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years experience from the service industry, fashion would be considered an advantage
- Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment
- Fashion interest with a thorough knowledge about trends, styling, brands and has a city vibe
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Danish and English

Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional client experiences before, during and after visiting
- Deliver outstanding and personal styling sessions
- Establish a client base of loyalty, and foster the GANNI community
- Conduct strategic client outreaches to drive footfall and business to the store
- Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
- Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
- Maintain VM guidelines and visual standards are met at any time
- Maintains and nurtures Stock management in all aspects
