We’re looking for an experienced Psychologist to join our team who will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the autistic people we support. Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an outstanding autism informed clinician to work within our multi-disciplinary team comprising of; but not limited to, Psychiatry, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy, Clinical Psychology. We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure we meet the needs of the adults we support.
Working independently within the overall framework of the services policies and procedures you will support the adults in our service to develop a better quality of life. You will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.
Our clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our people can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and the adults we support are heard, respected and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.
