Description:
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
: Ability to accurately type at min. 40 wpm
: Ability to communicate effectively, fluent in speaking English clearly, both verbally & in writing
: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
: Ability to organize and prioritize.
: Knowledge of general office procedures.
: An ability to keep up with a sometimes-high paced environment with residential clients.
: Attention to details is very important and emphasized.
: Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PDF)
Responsibilities:
: Greet customers, answering phones in a friendly courteous manner, checking email & mail, taking messages.
: Taking payments and providing receipts in a timely manner with the clientele.
: Ability to accurately process customer payments via cash, cheque, credit cards and or debit.
: A willingness to learn, and remember, a unique integrated flooring program.
: Ensure all clientele are matched with a sales team member within store standard times.
: Ensure clientele satisfaction before leaving the store, in a friendly courteous manner.
: Process customer invoices & orders.
: Perform general office duties as required.
: Perform other duties as necessary, cleaning, putting samples away, to keep busy.
