Description:

We are seeking friendly and proactive individuals to join our team as long-term part-time Customer Service Officers. Acting as the first point of contact for parents and students during weekends, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A friendly, easy-going personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy interacting with children and families.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with technology, preferably with your own laptop.
  • Able to commit to long-term weekend shifts.
  • Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid right to work in Singapore; we cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome families, children, and visitors at the venue.
  • Serve as the primary contact for parents’ and students’ inquiries during class hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and payments.
  • Collect and manage payments while ensuring records are up to date.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, providing accurate information about company services and policies.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor and manage inventory supplies, notifying managers when restocking is needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
  • Ensure reception area security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Take initiative and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
