Description:
We are seeking friendly and proactive individuals to join our team as long-term part-time Customer Service Officers. Acting as the first point of contact for parents and students during weekends, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A friendly, easy-going personality with excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy interacting with children and families.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with technology, preferably with your own laptop.
- Able to commit to long-term weekend shifts.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Must possess a valid right to work in Singapore; we cannot sponsor visas.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome families, children, and visitors at the venue.
- Serve as the primary contact for parents’ and students’ inquiries during class hours.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and payments.
- Collect and manage payments while ensuring records are up to date.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, providing accurate information about company services and policies.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and manage inventory supplies, notifying managers when restocking is needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Ensure reception area security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier services.
- Take initiative and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
