SALARY
£13,396.47 per annum, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours would be considered
Applications are invited for the post of Part Time Administration Clerk, Manchester, based at our Oldham Depot.
With over 2000 colleagues spread across Manchester, Stagecoach Manchester is one of the country’s biggest bus operators. We are recruiting a part time Administration Clerk to join the team, to help us as we expand our business due to the successful award of Greater Manchester Franchising contracts based in Middleton, Oldham and Queens Road depots.
This a permanent position that will work under the Depot Operations Manager dealing with correspondence, general administration tasks including enquiries from customers and members of staff.
The principal duties and responsibilities are:-
- Maintenance of administration systems, i.e. E P Morris, Workday
- Lost property
- Correlate defect cards
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels for stationary
- Filing for both Traffic and Engineering
- Assisting with uniform orders
- Issuing of bus passes, logging and replacement passes
- Ensuring that documents for posting are completed in a timely manner
The role of the Administration Clerk is to support the depot management teams with any reasonable administration tasks.
We are looking for someone who is committed to public transport, computer literate adaptable to new systems, flexible in their approach to work and be able to work accurately despite tight deadlines. Previous administration skills are essential.
