Job Title: Executive Marketing Assistant
FLSA Status: Part-time hourly, non-exempt
Reports to: VP of Brand Development

JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Marketing Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Team which includes the VP of Brand Development / Marketing, VP of Facilities, and the President / CEO to ensure seamless communication both internally and with external partners. A skilled Executive Marketing Assistant is a resourceful problem-solver who is incredibly organized, attuned to details and accuracy, and enjoys research. You are proactive, collaborating well with varied leadership styles and have a proven record of success working on projects in differing stages of development.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least two years of related experience required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be at least 21 years old with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must live in the Asheville area. This is not a remote position
Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Team and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively to support successful implementation of special projects.
Create and assist with presentations and reports demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and information flow.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for the Executive Team.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with project management software – Monday
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ability to create professional presentations, with accuracy and quality aesthetic details, in PowerPoint, Canva or other design software.
Ability to create and write executive summaries with accuracy
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook, with the ability to learn new or updated software.
