Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our Google Ads campaigns, optimize our Google SEO, maintain our Google My Business profile, and improve the overall performance of our website. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a local business through strategic online marketing. You will play a key role in increasing our visibility online, driving traffic, and ensuring that our digital presence reflects the high-quality services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic to our website and increase bookings.
  • Monitor and adjust ad performance, keyword targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve the best ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign success.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
  • Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website visibility.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance in search results.
  • Google My Business Management:
  • Regularly update and optimize our Google My Business profile with accurate information, images, promotions, and posts.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Track insights to gauge the effectiveness of Google My Business efforts and make improvements as needed.
  • Website Optimization:
  • Ensure that the website is fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Google My Business tools and optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of website optimization and user experience.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in the beauty/grooming industry is a plus but not required.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

  • Part-Time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours, with the possibility of working remotely for certain tasks.
  • Must be available for occasional in-person meetings at FreddyClassics Barbershop in Dubai Media City.
