We have an exciting opportunity for an someone to join our HR Consultant Team as an Administrator. The candidate would ideally be looking for part time hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality Notetaking service to customers, where purchased as a consultancy product. Minute internal meetings as requested from time to time.
  • Provide Note taking training to EPM Advisers and Administrators, as requested.
  • Record chargeable accurately in EPM database and/or App.
  • Investigation diary management, booking interviews, chasing up statements & supporting evidence on behalf of the HR Consultant/Associate
  • Coordinating Consultant availability for hearings linked to consultancy projects
  • Track interim HR Support project hours and ensure we are invoicing for them correctly each month
  • Support recruitment of new HR Associates in conjunction with the People Team.
  • Circulation of hearing bundles & supporting consultants with bundle preparation and printingHR Consultancy training course administration – preparing slides, handouts, registering attendees, checking delegates have paid, liaising with presenter(internal) and setting up links for remote sessions.
