Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a part time HR Administrator to join our busy team.
- Shift: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 09.30am - 14.30pm (Slight flexibility is available)
- Location: Beaumont Leys LE4
- Salary £26k - £27k Pro Rata DOE
SKILLS
- Strong experience with data entry and administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to speak to a variety of audiences..
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous experience is a HR environment would be desirable

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the business in keeping attendance and performance up to date on our HR System
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Performing inductions for new starters.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics using systems to inform decision-making.
- Assist training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
