Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a part time HR Administrator to join our busy team.

  • Shift: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 09.30am - 14.30pm (Slight flexibility is available)
  • Location: Beaumont Leys LE4
  • Salary £26k - £27k Pro Rata DOE

SKILLS

  • Strong experience with data entry and administrative tasks, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to speak to a variety of audiences..
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Previous experience is a HR environment would be desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the business in keeping attendance and performance up to date on our HR System
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Performing inductions for new starters.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Prepare reports and analyse HR metrics using systems to inform decision-making.
  • Assist training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
