As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient administrative and IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in creating and managing databases, including ATS and HRIS is essential
  • Preferred background in working within a compliance-led environment would be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player and collaborative approach
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and to prioritize various commitments
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location : Newbridge, Co. Kildare
Availability : 24 hours per week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations and legal requirements.
  • Provide support in handling employee queries and issues, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Maintaining personnel records and ensuring information on HRIS system, while issuing documentation in a timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones and managing inbox.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports when requested.
  • General administration and any other relevant duties that may be assigned by your manager.
