Description:
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time HR Recruiter in our manufacturing facility located in Miamisburg, Ohio. This role involves a variety of recruitment tasks to support our hiring needs as well as the needs of our hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various platforms including Applicant Pro and LinkedIn
- Gather and review resumes from potential candidates
- Conduct initial round of interviews
- Schedule subsequent interviews with relevant hiring managers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Extend job offers and send out offer letters to successful candidates
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Oversee the recruitment for various roles including engineering and design positions.

- Experience with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
- Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure company standards and regulations are met
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Extensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Proficient in using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
- Experience in drafting Offer Letters that are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Ability to Conduct Interviews with potential candidates, assessing their suitability for the role
- Experience in creating and managing Job Postings across various platforms
- Ability to Review Resumes effectively, identifying key skills and experiences relevant to the job role.
