EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Past experience with inventory management and ordering, preferred.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point) Required
Spanish speaking, preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Equipment Used: Computers, Fax machine & Copy machine
Responsibilities:
- Answers HR phone line and manages the HR voicemail box.
- Owns the management of the HR email inbox.
- Manages team member sports ticket giveaway program.
- Serves as notetaker for HR weekly standup meetings.
- Prepares monthly birthday and anniversary lists, and cards.
- Maintains monthly bulletin boards.
- Provide information and forms to employees.
- Distributes parking passes.
- Assists with Human Resources events such as parties, picnics, staff appreciation day, employee meetings, golf outings, etc.
- Assists in producing and distributing monthly employee newsletter as assigned.
- Maintains an organized, clean Human Resources office at all times.
- Maintains coffee bar area and preforms inventory and ordering functions.
- Conducts monthly inventory of the Stein Company Store.
- Conducts basic HRIS system duties such as team member updates and verification of employment reports.
- Files employee documents in a timely manner.
- Participates in merchandise selection for the Stein Company Store.
- Orders/maintains Human Resources office supplies and forms. (To include business cards and name plates)
- Other duties as assigned.
