Position Title: Part-Time Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
Location:1255 Creekshire Way, Ste 270, Winston Salem, NC 27103
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Part-Time HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of HR functions to support our practice. This role involves coordinating recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall HR needs of our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
