JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication

Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries by walk-in, phone, and email
  • Provides technical information and explanations; preparing quotations; manages sales cycle well and ensure prompt response to customer
  • Provides sales & coordination support to the team and operations
  • To service existing and new accounts and ensure customers’ satisfaction
  • Achieve sales and business targets.
  • Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close deals with customers.Generate sales leads for targeted sales offering in portfolio

  • Working hours :
    Mon to Saturday 9am-2pm
