Better Collective is a leading sports media group and we are now looking for a Part-Time IT Onboarding Specialist to join our team in the Copenhagen office. As the IT Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring new users are seamlessly integrated into our IT systems. This position requires close collaboration with our international IT teams in London and Niš, providing a unique opportunity to work in a global setting.

Your main responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and management of user accounts in MS Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Ensure all new employees are set up with the necessary hardware and software.
• Conduct IT orientation sessions for new hires, including training on company IT policies and procedures.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for any on-boarding-related IT issues.
• Document on-boarding processes and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
• Collaborate with the broader IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding process.
