JOIN OUR TEAM! PART-TIME JUNIOR HR ADMINISTRATOR WANTED

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about people? We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and approachable individual to join our team as a Junior Part-Time HR Administrator (2 days per week).

WHO WE ARE….

Explorium is an exciting state of the art Science and Sport visitor attraction located in Dublin. A huge facility (110,000 square foot to be precise!), with over 250 interactive exhibits for families, schools and visitors of every age. This exciting centre is the first of its type in this country and we are sure that we have created something unique and very special. Our focus is on the brilliant experience we give to our visitors and this is where you come in.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Associate or full member of CIPD and/or undergraduate or recent HR/Business graduate
· Knowledge of Irish employment legislation
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail particularly with data entry tasks.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Fluent English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
· Maintain accurate employee records and data
· Support day-to-day HR operations
· Coordinate training and development programs
· Handle employee enquiries and provide general HR support
