Part Time Leasing Consultant

We are adding a part-time Leasing Consultant to work with our team of Property Management professionals at our Park Oaks grouping of apartment communities located on Lake Ave. in Metairie. The qualified candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, and the desire to work on a part-time basis.

Qualifications

As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information about the property and available units to potential residents
• Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residents
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing and rental information
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage follow-ups
• Prepare leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining resident files
• Coordinate with property maintenance team to address any maintenance or repair issues reported by residents

The qualified candidate will have:

• Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
