About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Part-Time Marketing Manager (between 10-20 hrs per week) to join our team and support our digital marketing efforts. The position salary is between $40.00 and $45.00 an hour depending on experience.
This role requires a versatile professional with a strong background in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing analytics tools. You will work closely with the company’s Marketing Director to execute on numerous initiatives related to lead generation, content marketing, lead nurturing and SEO.
The successful candidate is a self-starter who has excellent communication and organizational skills. They are able to balance multiple priorities and solve problems dynamically.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for biweekly newsletters and 3+ social media posts per week
  • Perform light editing of various marketing materials
  • Manage and optimize WordPress-based marketing initiatives
  • Utilize HubSpot for workflow management, email marketing, and reporting and improvement around MQLs and SQls
  • Implement SEO best practices and copywriting techniques
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization experiments and prepare comprehensive reports, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other platforms to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze Microsoft Clarity data and present actionable insights
  • Perform basic video editing tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient project management experience with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress from a marketing perspective
  • Proficiency in SEO and copywriting techniques
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, email marketing, and sales processes
  • Basic video editing skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, B2B preferred
