Hiring immediately for a retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service oriented
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- MindBody Software experience a plus

Responsibilities:
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND PROMOTION:
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our range of lash products and services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of various lash offerings to drive sales and meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lash extensions and a keen interest in beauty trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Schedule:
Must be able to work rotating shifts between -
Monday-Saturday
- 8:30 am - 2:30 pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm
- 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Sunday
- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
