Hedgeye Risk Management is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for this position to become permanent. You will ensure the smooth operation of our Stamford, CT office, greet guests, and perform essential administrative duties. This position offers morning hours, perfect for someone seeking a part-time schedule with future opportunities.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous administrative or office assistant experience is a plus
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Flexibility in your schedule to provide coverage on days when administrative staff are unavailable to work in the office

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage guest access to the office
  • Monitor security cameras and handle phone calls, redirecting as needed
  • Coordinate express mail services and assist with shipping
  • Set up and break down breakfast, stock the pantry, and maintain kitchen supplies
  • Maintain office cleanliness, stock paper at copiers, and manage conference room bookings
  • Report maintenance issues and assist with general office tasks
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed
