As part-time Accounting & Office Assistant you will be a part of the Finance team at our head office in central Stockholm. The responsibilities of the role are two-fold; ensure the ASKET HQ is the best office in town and assist the Finance team in accounting, accounts payable, payroll and various administrative tasks. While the latter point might be self-explanatory, the first entails all office duties from ordering foods, coffee and supplies to arranging after-works and fikas. You will also be handling all office suppliers and the facility management. It is a mixed bag of bringing kick-ass energy to the office every time you are in but at the same time paying great attention to details in the administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the office is well-stocked on coffee, tea, fruit, foods and supplies
- Ordering phones, laptops and other equipment for the teams and new staff
- Arranging the Monday team breakfast
- Managing the external cleaning company and recycling
- Handling office matters, information and repairs with the landlord
- Coordination of all office keys and alarm codes
- Uploading and registering supplier invoices
- Providing accounting support in the accounts payable process
- Assisting various reporting tasks
- Administrating software licenses and users
- Assisting in ad-hoc accounting tasks and analysis
- Managing the office budget
- Onboarding new team members
- Handling the office mail
- Arranging after-works and fikas
