JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Optometry Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, particularly in a medical or dental office.
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative tasks is essential.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail are required for data entry and document preparation.
  • Experience with phone systems and customer interaction will be beneficial.
  • Cantonese or Mandarin is beneficial
