REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in HR or people-focused role
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, or managing HR processes.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Self-motivated to take initiative and ownership of your work
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Bamboo, Runn, Greenhouse, and Jira.
- Strong organizational skills to handle various HR tasks such as onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Ability to shift between HR tasks (e.g., recruitment, employee support, compliance) efficiently

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for select positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the Co-op program, including outreach to educational institutions, coordinating placements, and ensuring a positive experience for Co-op participants.
- Act as the main point of contact for Co-op students, addressing their needs and providing necessary support.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, such as employee data management and documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR processes and initiatives.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the coordination of team building events and recognition programs.
- Publishing internal comms related to HR Initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR information
- Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
- Track employee participation in training initiatives.
- Manage Co-op training and development programs
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in communicating policy updates and changes to employees.
- Work with the Leadership on all tasks related to compensation and benefits
