Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Tower is currently recruiting a part-time Reception and Events Specialists to join our Tower whānau. This role is based at our stunning 6 Green Star Rated building at 136 Fanshawe Street.
This is a busy role, and no two days are the same. Vital to this role will be delivering Tower’s front-of-house activities relating to Visitor Management, site & office administration, Facilities, and Events. In addition, you will also assist the Administration Manager with key Health & Safety activities.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

  • NCEA levels
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with great planning skills
  • A people person that builds relationships quickly that relates to all personalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to multi-task with great prioritization
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal savvy skills
