We are now seeking a reliable, person centered, and efficient team member to cover reception duties, carry out Administration tasks, and deliver excellent customer service to our patients. What You’ll Do:
Front of House: Greet patients and handle face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries.
Appointment Management: Schedule and manage bookings for all clinics and therapists using our patient management system.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and caring support to patients.
Payments & Invoicing: Process card payments, manage basic invoicing, and reconcile accounts.
Administration: Handle report typing, filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Stock Management: Advise on and facilitate medical equipment sales and rentals (training provided).
Facilities & Events Support: Assist with facilities management, health and safety, clinic presentation, and event organisation.
Liaison: Communicate with medical practitioners, partner companies, suppliers, insurance providers, and referrers.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of front-of-house and administrative experience (preferred)
Organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, confident, and smart appearance.
Strong attention to detail and a completer-finisher mindset
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
Confident in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable in a predominantly paper-free environment
Eagerness to learn new software and systems
Driving licence and access to a car are preferable
Flexible approach.
