Salary – £19,500 - £22,500 pro rata, depending on experience
Hours - Monday to Friday, 25 - 30 hours per week (flexible)
Location – office based in Diss, Norfolk
Holiday – 20 days annual leave pro rata (excluding bank holidays) plus birthday day off and public holidays in England and Wales.

Our Diss office have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join the team on a part time basis, around 25-30 hours per week. Ideally Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm but we can flexible.
An entry level position, this is an excellent stepping stone to start a career with one of the fastest growing Top 20 UK accountancy firms.
Key responsibilities of a Receptionist / Administrator will include:
covering reception
being the first to answer telephone calls including taking and passing on messages quickly and efficiently
providing an excellent standard of customer service to all external and internal clients
communicating effectively with internal and external clients by telephone, email or in writing in a clear, concise and polite manner
manging diaries
stationery management/ ordering
scanning documents / filing
being responsible for all post coming in and posting out
booking meetings
providing support to the fee earning team
You will often be the first person that clients make contact with so you are always representing the Company. This role is integral in helping us meet our agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, professional, efficient and effective working environment.
About you
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
GCSEs in English and Maths
smart appearance and professional telephone manner
previous experience within an admin / reception role is an advantage
excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
organised with accuracy and attention to detail
highly personable with excellent organisational and communication skills
