Description:

PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

Excel Recruitment is seeking a receptionist to cover a part time position in Dublin 2. This person will be responsible for covering reception in very busy corporate office, working every Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years reception experience
  • Needs to be strong on Microsoft office
  • Must be an organised, neat and tidy worker with good attention to detail
  • Must have a professional manner at all times
  • Hotel experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients as they enter the building
  • Notifying companies when visitors arrive
  • Answering telephones and managing email enquiries
  • Ensure all files are kept up to date
  • Assist with reports as required
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure all admin tasks are complete
