Part Time Receptionist
Tuesday and Thursday 4-8pm
Occasional weekends & rotating holidays
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an experienced Receptionist that excels at being a team player while utilizing their great phone/computer skills at our Hillcrest Firethorn community!
The Receptionist is responsible to greet customers, appropriately and efficiently manage incoming phone calls, answer questions, provide internal directions and support to the Bistro as needed.

What does a day in the life look like?

  • · Answer the telephone and direct calls appropriately.
  • · Responsible for tracking, ordering, and distribution of all office supplies.
  • · Ensure copiers and other office equipment receive regular and unexpected maintenance in a timely manner.
  • · Provide clerical support on an as needed basis. May involve typing, faxing, filing, or placing and receiving calls.

What should I have to be considered for this position?

  • · High school or equivalent required.
  • · Post high school clerical training or other clerical training preferred.
  • · At least one year of experience in administrative business office functions including software using, clerical support duties, and business office equipment use.
