Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or contacts.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to relevant team members.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Assist with booking appointments and managing the calendar for weekend meetings.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining Front Desk Area: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Handling Mail and Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and distribution.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous reception or real estate experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Technical Abilities: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate documents
  • Availability: Must be available to work on weekends, with occasional flexibility for holidays or additional hours.
