Description:

We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist / Office Assistant responsible for receiving and directing clients and inquiries, relaying and coordinating with staff.
It is a part time position. Monday to Friday (Evening) and Weekends required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a manner that will maintain the spirit and dignity.
  • Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions effectively.
  • Previous related experience in a similar setting preferred.
  • Sound computer expertise including Microsoft Office.
  • Must be available to work early evenings, and weekends, as required to meet operational needs.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From $17.20 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone, greet visitors, receive routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Interact with and respond to inquiries from customers.
  • Receive incoming mail, co-ordinate distribution, and process outgoing mail.
  • Receive and process payments from clients.
  • Some data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks as required
